Frequently asked questions Q: Do you sell brand new DVD's that are disc only with just the artwork? A: No we do not, . Please be aware if you are caught purchasing these ILLEGAL DVD'S it is a punishable FEDERAL OFFENSE. If you have purchased andy illegal/bootleg dvd's call 1-800-NO-COPYS or email hotline@mpaa.org Q: Are your DVD's legitimate and legal? A: All of our DVD's are US releases made in the USA, we DON'T SELL BOOTLEGS, ASIAN IMPORTS, COPIES OR SCREENERS. Q: Do you sell adult DVD's? A: Yes we do, email us for details.
Q: What is a random lot? A: Random lots are assortments of products that are preboxed from our supplier's to title lists are not available.
Q: What percentage of new releases will I receive in my new release lot? A: Our new release lots contain 10 to 20 percent major studio hits and new releases. These lots are not all new releases.
Q: How long will it take to process my order? A: Most orders are processed in 4 to 5 business days and are shipped out through the post office, due to the fact many of our item are drop shipped please allow up to 10 to 14 days for processing.
Return Policy
1. We give MERCHANDISE CREDIT only. 2. Buyer’s Remorse returns are subject to a 15% restock fee (15% of the total dollar amount of the order will be deducted from the total dollar amount of merchandise credit you will receive). You are also responsible for all shipping cost ( to return the item and to reship what you get with your credit.) 3. If you find a defect in your product, you have up to 14 days after the Lowpricesforyou delivery confirmation date to initiate your return. Your items must reach us within 30 days from the date. Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. We will ship late items back to you. When we receive your items and process your return, a replacement for the defective item will be shipped. Same item replacement only. If a replacement is not available, we will issue an in Merchandise credit . Items reported to be defective are thoroughly tested upon receipt back in our warehouse. If items are found not defective you will be responsible for the restock and shipping fees listed above in #2. 4. To qualify for a refund, ALL items must be returned in their original condition. 5. It may take up to 14 days from when we receive the return to process your return. 6. You must get email authorization for the support team to return an item. If you do not follow the instructions given to you your return will be refused . 7. If you do not include delivery confirmation on your return we will not be held responsible for any items lost in shipping. If we do not receive the return you do not get merchandise credit. 8. You must include all necessary papers with your return. You need to include the order number, why you are returning the item, what you would like to use your credit on, and your email and shipping addresses. If you do not include all the information your return will be held until we hear from you with the information. 9. All drop ship sales are final
